TVP Dokument

TVP Dokument is a channel, which has the ambition to show the world as it is. We want to be close to our audience and raise issues that are important to every person. There will be plenty of TVP's own productions, as well as well-known films awarded at international festivals.

TVP Dokument shows different faces of a documentary: tender, warm, as well as raw, realistic, touching and human - because humans are the most important.

TVP Dokument's offer is very diverse - starting from its own flagship documentaries, through "Weekends with BBC", factual entertainment productions, premium nature films, travel programs, popular science programs and biographies. There will also be classic TVP documentary series such as "Wide Tracks" (Szerokie tory) by Barbara Włodarczyk. As part of the channels that are based on TVP's rich archival collections, subjected to digital reconstruction, we will remind the viewers of the classics  of the Polish school of documentary.
