The Mostowiak family is large: there are grandparents – Lucjan and Barbara and four adult children – Maria, Marta, Marek, and Małgorzata, who have their own families and kids. All members of the family are united by love and understanding. Grandparents being support for their children who go through various, sometimes funny, but more often serious life problems, receive great help from all four of them as well as their husbands, wives, and grandchildren. Still, it's not the kind of idyllic life they live – there are quarrels and fights but they always know how to find a solution acceptable for all. What makes the family strong is love. This prime time series has become the most popular soap opera on Polish television. Original Polish format has been adapted by Russian TV.
