Gdynia, the year 1940. Franz Neumann, a young Nazi Abwehr officer discovers his Polish origins. It turns out his real father was a Pole. As a result of an elaborate intrigue, Franz decides to become a spy for the Allies with the code name “Got”. His task is to obtain information about the activities of the “Kriegsmarine”, primarily about the flagship German battleship involved in the Battle of the Atlantic. Using his charm and charisma, he makes women fall in love with him, manipulates men and gets into the German power elite. Threatened with the possibility that his true identity will be revealed, entangled in relationships with three different women and suspected of treason by Germans and Poles, he must break all the rules and completely change his value system to survive. Does honour matter if everything around him is a lie?
