Call me Marianna - directed by Karolina Bielawska (coproduced by: PISF, Kalejdoskop Film Studio, TVP2)
Marianna is an attractive 40-year-old woman. We observe her life in order to understand the decision she made. She left the people she loved and sued her parents in order to obtain a sex change and become truly herself. The story consists of two points of view: theatrical when she reminds of her past and documentary when she struggles with circumstances that change her fate. This story shows that the price of freedom can be very high.

A story of the piano than was supposed to be a part of a Maidan barricade and became a revolution participant and symbol instead. Three people meet by the piano – each of them had to make a certain choice and find an appropriate place in the dramatic conflict. They found it in music.
The pianos appeared on the streets of other fighting cities and proved to be more dangerous than Molotov cocktails. Authorities referred to the musicians as “piano extremists”
.
End of the World - directed by Monika Pawluczuk (coproduced by: PISF, TVP2, Pomerania, Wajda Studio)
A documentary that contains several stories told during one night. People in a big city can’t stand loneliness and crave to talk with somebody. Some of them call ambulance without serious reason, the others call radio where the host talks about end of the world and talk about various issues: tragic, painful but also petty and even funny. What the characters have in common is the need to have somebody close and to be listened to.
Radio is an important part of this night world – it can be heard almost everywhere and it’s a source of the most important questions asked in this film.
