Sharing a photo of her with Pacino on Instagram, Rosati described her new job as a dream come true.

She wrote: “I’m excited to finally share with you what I’ve been working on for the last weeks! I’m so proud to announce I became the co-executive producer of ‘Lear Rex’ a brilliant adaptation of ‘King Lear’ by W. Shakespeare.

“Producing has been a dream of mine for a while and I’m so grateful to begin my new journey with such an iconic cast and crew.”
The film features a powerhouse cast, including Oscar-winner Pacino as King Lear, alongside Jessica Chastain, Ariana DeBose, Rachel Brosnahan, Peter Dinklage, and Danny Huston.

Directed by Bernard Rose, Lear Rex reimagines Shakespeare’s classic, following an ageing king who, after rejecting his loyal daughter and trusting cruel elder daughters, finds himself stripped of power and forced into a tragic exile.

The filming has already been finished, and the movie is now in post-production.

Bowled over by the bard
Rosati said that Shakespeare’s writings and Pacino’s performances have always inspired her creative journey.

“When I was in film school, I read all of Shakespeare’s works and was inspired by the legendary Al Pacino’s performances. I wish I could go back in time and tell the nineteen-year-old dreamer that one day she will be part of cinematic history.”

In addition to her role as executive producer, Rosati continues her acting career, having recently completed filming the drama Object Permanence with fellow Polish actor Andrzej Chyra.

She is currently working on the thriller Black Box (Flight 298).

Born in Warsaw in 1984 to economist and politician Dariusz Rosati and fashion designer Teresa Rosati, she spent her early years in Princeton and Switzerland before returning to Poland, where her passion for acting began to take shape.

As a teenager, Rosati attended the theater center at Warsaw’s Ochota Theatre.

Later, Rosati moved to Los Angeles, where she fulfiled her dream of working in Hollywood.

She continues to reside in Los Angeles with her daughter, balancing her artistic endeavors between Europe and the U.S.
