The ministry urged its citizens to leave Syria on Saturday as rebels advanced.
A ministry spokesman said Polish authorities are in contact with about 130 of their citizens in Syria but that none had come forward.
"The situation is dynamic, but our mission has not received any reports from Poles who would need help or evacuation," Paweł Wroński told the Polish Press Agency, adding that the ministry and the Polish diplomatic mission in Syria were monitoring the situation together with allies.
Wroński said the Polish mission had issued a warning. But he also described the situation in Syria as having taken "rather surprising turn," as the regime of President Bashar al-Assad appeared to be "falling apart on its own."
The spokesman added the situation appeared to be calming amid reports Assad had fled the country.
