“The hostile policy of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania towards Russia, active lobbying for sanctions directed against our country, interference in internal affairs, persecution of the Russian-speaking population, a barbaric campaign of mass demolition of monuments to Soviet soldiers, rewriting history, glorifying Nazism, and sending weapons to the regime in Kyiv require stopping the participants of these actions,” emphasized the department in Moscow in a statement issued on Tuesday.

As reported, a total of 347 citizens of these three countries were banned from entering. However, only the names of people considered “most hostile towards Russia” were included in the list published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Among Estonian politicians, these include Kaja Kallas, former President Kersti Kaljulaid, Minister of Justice Kalle Laanet, Speaker of the Parliament Lauri Hussar, and Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna.

The Latvian politicians on the list include Prime Minister Evika Siliņa, former presidents: Vaira Vīķe-Freiberga and Egils Levits, Foreign Minister Krišjānis Kariņš, Interior Minister Rihards Kozlovskis, and Defense Minister Andris Sprūds.

From Lithuania, the following people were found: Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mantas Adomėnas, Minister of Justice Ewelina Dobrowolska, Minister of Finance Gintarė Skaistė, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Gabrielius Landsbergis.
