Italian transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano reported on X that Championship (English second tier) club Norwich have completed the signing of the 20-year-old striker for €11 mln.

That fee would equal the record sales of Jakub Moder and Kacper Kozłowski, who both joined Premier League Brighton in 2022.

Just a few days ago, German side Werder Bremen offered €7 million for Crnac, but Raków turned the offer down. The move to hold out for more proved a shrewd one, especially with center forwards in high demand across Europe. Crnac joined Raków last summer from Slaven Belupo for €1.3 mln, so they are set to make a huge profit on the Croatian, which is good news for the club as they failed to qualify for European football last season.

Raków bought the Croatian in the summer after the sensational title-winning season in 22/23.

Crnac has played 40 times and scored nine goals, scoring his first of the season in the opening match against Motor Lublin.

Previously Raków’s record sale was Kamil Piątkowski, who moved to RB Salzburg for €5 mln.
