The discussions on Thursday at the Prime Minister’s Office covered a range of topics, emphasizing the ongoing support strategies for Ukraine amidst regional security challenges.

The meeting underscored the importance of coordinated efforts within the Visegrád Group (V4) of which Poland assumed the presidency.

Poland’s seventh term as V4 president, themed “V4: Return to Roots,” reiterates foundational values like human rights, the rule of law, and commitment to European integration. The discussions also touched upon future regional cooperation dynamics.

President Pellegrini, who began his presidency on June 15, 2024, engaged earlier with Polish President Andrzej Duda and parliamentary leaders Szymon Hołownia and Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska.
